Please note that the frame is not included with this unit and must be added separately for installation. The frame code for this stove is FR075, available in a 4-side design for a seamless fit.

- You have 14 days to return your item for a full refund (excluding mattresses, bespoke or made-to-order items).
- Items must be unused and in a re-sellable condition.
- Return collection fees apply based on item size (starting from £20).
- Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 24 hours with photos—replacements will be offered first.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after item inspection (allow up to 7 more days for the funds to appear).
