Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your information for faster checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as the item hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us at least 3 working days before your delivery date.

Are your products in stock and ready to ship?

Most of our products are in stock unless marked as “Pre-order” or “Made to Order” on the product page.

Do you offer custom or made-to-order items?

Yes, we offer bespoke and made-to-order sofas, armchairs, and some furniture pieces. These are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay. You can choose flexible payment options at checkout to spread the cost over time, securely and conveniently.

Do you have a showroom or physical store?

Yes, we do! You're very welcome to visit our showroom to explore our wide range of home furnishings in person.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver across most of the UK. We do not deliver to Highlands, Isle of Wight, or Isle of Man.

How much is the delivery fee?

Orders over £599/€599 qualify for free delivery. Orders under that amount have a flat fee of £19.

What are the delivery charges for doors?

1 door – £60/€60

2 doors – £50/€50

3 doors – £40/€40

4 doors – £30/€30

5 doors – £20/€20

6 doors – £10/€10

7+ doors – Free

Are rugs shipped separately?

Rugs are delivered via a different courier and charged at £3.99/€3.99 per order.

What happens if I’m not home for delivery?

If no one is home at the scheduled delivery time, a re-delivery fee will apply. Please contact us in advance to reschedule if needed.

Do you offer assembly services?

Some items may come with assembly instructions. Please check the product page or contact us for more info.

Can I split my delivery?

If your order contains multiple items, we may deliver them separately depending on availability and logistics.

Return & Refund

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days to return most items for a full refund (excluding mattresses, bespoke, and made-to-order items).

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellations must be made in writing with your order reference, and sent at least 3 working days before the delivery date.

Can I return my item after delivery?

Yes, if it's in resellable condition and within 14 days of delivery. Return fees apply based on item size.

What are the return collection fees?

Return collection fees vary depending on the size and number of items being returned. For small items, the fee is £20 for the first item and £10 for each additional item. For medium items, it’s £60 for the first and £30 for each additional. For large items, the fee is £100 for the first and £50 for each additional item. These fees are deducted from your refund once the items are collected and confirmed to be in a re-sellable condition.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. Allow up to 7 more working days for funds to appear.

What if my item is damaged on arrival?

Report any damages within 24 hours by email with photos and your order reference. We will offer a replacement first. Refunds are given only if a replacement is not available.

What items cannot be returned?

Mattresses, bespoke or made-to-order items, and anything damaged by misuse or alteration cannot be returned.

Do I have to return the item in its original packaging?

Yes, please return items in original or secure packaging to ensure safe transport and eligibility for refund.
