Door Delivery Charges (Tiered Pricing)

- 4 doors – £30/€30
- 5 doors – £20/€20
- 6 doors – £10/€10
- 7 or more doors – Free delivery
Rugs
- All rugs have a fixed delivery charge of £3.99/€3.99

Returns & Refunds
- You have 14 days to return your item for a full refund (excluding mattresses, bespoke or made-to-order items).
- Items must be unused and in a re-sellable condition.
- Return collection fees apply based on item size (starting from £20).
- Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 24 hours with photos—replacements will be offered first.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after item inspection (allow up to 7 more days for the funds to appear).
