- Northern Ireland: £25 — free on furniture orders over £899
- Republic of Ireland: €24.95 — free on furniture orders over €899
Rugs, lighting and handles
- £3.99 / €4.95 per order
Doors (charged once per order, on top of any other delivery; not included in free delivery)
- 1 door – £60 / €62.95
- 2 doors – £50 / €52.95
- 3 doors – £40 / €41.95
- 4 or more doors – £30 / €31.95
Northern Ireland orders are charged in pounds (£); Republic of Ireland orders in euros (€). Republic of Ireland deliveries are customs free.
Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales)
- Orders under £1,500 – £100 delivery
- Orders over £1,500 – free delivery
- Rugs, lighting and handles – £3.99 per order; doors as above
- Restricted areas (postcodes PH, PA, IV, KW, AB) – fixed £150 charge on every order, replacing all other delivery charges and free-delivery offers

Isle of Man (IM), Channel Islands (JE, GY), Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41), Scottish Islands (HS, ZE, IV40–IV56, PA20–PA78).

- You have 30 days to return your item for a full refund (excluding mattresses, bespoke or made-to-order items).
- Items must be unused and in a re-sellable condition.
- Return collection fees apply based on item size (starting from £20).
- Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 24 hours with photos—replacements will be offered first.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after item inspection (allow up to 7 more days for the funds to appear).
