Non-Deliverable Locations
We do not deliver to the following areas:
- Isle of Man (IM)
- Channel Islands (JE, GY)
- Isle of Wight (PO30 to PO41)
- Scottish Islands (HS, ZE, IV40 to IV56, PA20 to PA78)
Orders placed for these locations cannot be processed.

The following postcode areas have a fixed delivery charge:

Returns & Refunds
- You have 30 days to return your item for a full refund (excluding mattresses, bespoke or made-to-order items).
- Items must be unused and in a re-sellable condition.
- Return collection fees apply based on item size (starting from £20).
- Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 24 hours with photos—replacements will be offered first.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after item inspection (allow up to 7 more days for the funds to appear).
