Returns & Refunds

• You have 30 days to return your item for a full refund (excluding mattresses, bespoke or made-to-order items).
• Items must be unused and in a re-sellable condition.
• Return collection fees apply based on item size (starting from £20).
• Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 24 hours with photos—replacements will be offered first.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after item inspection (allow up to 7 more days for the funds to appear).
