Introducing our new Aurora Electric Fire Collection. Using 3D Flame Projection Technology, the Aurora Collection provides the look and feel of a real fire. With its fully customisable flame set and fire bed, you can create a fire to suit you. The Aurora fire bed is filled with beautifully crafted artificial logs, embers, and crystals that make the flames dance and shimmer in front of your eyes.
Choose from three different installation options with the Aurora's large panoramic viewing area. Front facing only installation with both sides covered, corner installation with either the left or right side visible and opposite side covered, or three-sided installation with the front and both sides visible. Each Aurora fire can be controlled manually at the fire, using the remote control, or with your smartphone by simply downloading the Smart Life app. Enjoy a 2kW heat output, 3-sided glass viewing area, 4 flame brightness settings, and adaptive controls.

- You have 14 days to return your item for a full refund (excluding mattresses, bespoke or made-to-order items).
- Items must be unused and in a re-sellable condition.
- Return collection fees apply based on item size (starting from £20).
- Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 24 hours with photos—replacements will be offered first.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after item inspection (allow up to 7 more days for the funds to appear).
